G-STEP, LLC GANG SUPPRESSION THROUGH EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS
G-STEP on X
Welcome to G-STEP, LLC G-STEP (Gang Suppression Through Educational Programs) was originally founded by Edwin L. Santana in 2004 as a pioneering initiative to address the rising gang activity in New Jersey. With a mission to combat the stigma surrounding gang acknowledgment in our communities, G-STEP established itself as a vital platform for providing training and consulting on gang-related issues to both law enforcement and civilian populations. Since its inception, G-STEP has been at the forefront of anti-gang efforts, combining a commitment to education with proactive community engagement. Recognizing the growing need for factual, reliable gang identification and training in the face of an evolving gang culture, G-STEP transitioned into G-STEP, LLC in 2016 to expand its reach and services nationwide. Today, G-STEP, LLC is passionate about delivering customized educational training, expert testimony, and private evaluations. Our services cater to public and private educational institutions, mental health organizations, professional athletic teams, and both civilian and law enforcement communities. Each assessment, training program, and event is meticulously designed to address the unique challenges posed by regional gang trends and influences. At G-STEP, LLC, we are committed to equipping communities and organizations with the tools and knowledge to understand and mitigate the dangers of gang-related activity. Through our tailored programs and professional expertise, we strive to make a meaningful impact in safeguarding the well-being of our communities and clients. “Spreading Awareness Through Education”
